Daily Health Challenge:No Sweets

Yesterday, I worked out plenty, and ate all my veggies and fruit, but...I did eat a lot of sweets. So today, the day before Easter and my families big get-together, I am challenging myself to not eat any extra sugar. That includes:
-Frozen yogurt with caramel
-the lime bars I made
-&& candy...

So in an effort to try to curb my sweet tooth I am eating honey nut cheerios for breakfast with fat free milk. Hopefully, a little sweetness will go a long way:)

&& at the end of the day I believe we are the combination of everyone we have ever meet. A little part of everyone becomes apart of who we are, a little piece of them attaches to our soul and makes us who we are. This is especially true for anyone who we have ever loved. Because when we share our secrets, our dreams, and our deepest thoughts with someone else...and they share back..a deep bond forms and they are never truly separated from us, they are always there as a little stitch on the canvas of our being. -Caitlyn Chapman

Fitness Inspriation

Today's Eats

So far today I have had..
Breakfast:
1 snack apple with special k meal bar and 2 cups of diet green tea. (240)
+ b12 supplement and cinnamon pills

Snacks: three 90 calorie granola bars, probably shouldn't have eaten them, (270)

Lunch:Less than half of a lean cuisine meal, three school pancakes(350),

My plan for the rest of today:

Pre workout Snack: snack apple and 5 baby carrots with 2 teaspoons of ranch dressing(140)

Dinner: 200 calories of veggies, 100 calories of fruit, 50 calories of beans(or nuts). (350)

Decaf unsweetened tea with lemon(0)

Water Goal: 80 oz
Green Tea: 16 oz

Total calorie intake: 1350
Total calorie intake after exercise: 1050 (approx.)





Today's Workout

Today I will be doing the following set three times
50 crunches
25 leg lifts
50 bicycles
25 squats
15 sumo squats
50 calf raises
50 arm circles on each side
15 push ups
50 jumping jacks
1 min plank 

Then I will run for 20 minutes and walk for 20.


I am planning on losing 10 pounds over the next month/month and a half. I know half of that is water weight, and the other half is fat. I plan on taking measurements so I can record my progress and determine if I am going muscle weight. 

Current Weight: 137 lbs
Goal Weight: 127 lbs

Height: 5'6''



Vegetarian?

So I have decided, for health reasons, to go vegetarian. I am trying to lose some weight and maintain healthy eating habits. Less saturated fat is also good for preventing heart disease. So lets see how this goes!
