Yesterday, I worked out plenty, and ate all my veggies and fruit, but...I did eat a lot of sweets. So today, the day before Easter and my families big get-together, I am challenging myself to not eat any extra sugar. That includes:
-Frozen yogurt with caramel
-the lime bars I made
-&& candy...
So in an effort to try to curb my sweet tooth I am eating honey nut cheerios for breakfast with fat free milk. Hopefully, a little sweetness will go a long way:)
