Today's Eats

So far today I have had..
Breakfast:
1 snack apple with special k meal bar and 2 cups of diet green tea. (240)
+ b12 supplement and cinnamon pills

Snacks: three 90 calorie granola bars, probably shouldn't have eaten them, (270)

Lunch:Less than half of a lean cuisine meal, three school pancakes(350),

My plan for the rest of today:

Pre workout Snack: snack apple and 5 baby carrots with 2 teaspoons of ranch dressing(140)

Dinner: 200 calories of veggies, 100 calories of fruit, 50 calories of beans(or nuts). (350)

Decaf unsweetened tea with lemon(0)

Water Goal: 80 oz
Green Tea: 16 oz

Total calorie intake: 1350
Total calorie intake after exercise: 1050 (approx.)
