Today's Workout

Today I will be doing the following set three times
50 crunches
25 leg lifts
50 bicycles
25 squats
15 sumo squats
50 calf raises
50 arm circles on each side
15 push ups
50 jumping jacks
1 min plank 

Then I will run for 20 minutes and walk for 20.


I am planning on losing 10 pounds over the next month/month and a half. I know half of that is water weight, and the other half is fat. I plan on taking measurements so I can record my progress and determine if I am going muscle weight. 

Current Weight: 137 lbs
Goal Weight: 127 lbs

Height: 5'6''
